30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, your item must unconditionally meet the following conditions:
- Be in the same condition as you received it.
- Be unworn and unused.
- Have its original tags attached.
- Be in its original packaging.
- Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

1. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label.
2. You will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping and Withdrawal
Shipping
Packages are generally shipped within 2 to 5 days after receipt of payment via our delivery service provider.
Right of Withdrawal
If delivery does not occur within 30 days, you can terminate the contract by registered letter. Refund within 15 days maximum cancelled without charge.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
